Poor office staff. Slow maintenance allow big dogs thin walls. Looks nice that is all
Do not live here if you own a motorcycle!!! People keep saying its a gated community for security and that is false. This place lacks any type of security and everything is overpriced. If you want to lice with cockroaches then by all means move in. This place is horrible and I would not recommend it. Oh and if you own a motorcycle stay clear of this place. There have been more than enough to build multiple bikes stolen from here and management turns a blind eye to it.
They charge $1200 month for roach invested one bedroom apartments. They have mold and water damage from last hurricane (Mathew). There is no parking because riddle kids. They try and fix by towing however they tow their own tenants cars regardless with sticker clearly present. Paper thin walls and banging if downstairs.
Nice place but it's not worth the money.
