I been living here from the very start when only couple of buildings opened up. It was truly luxury, Staff was very nice more importantly tenants were pure delight to hang out with. Fast forward to 2018 when things went downhill.
I believe they let just about anyone in this building most of the apartments are full of college kids. So party and rowdy behavior is a norm here.
Grills are out of order since July.
Gym is amazing but there are few bad apples who make impossible for rest of us to workout in peace. playing loud music. keep all the weight for them self and get very aggressive if you ask them when they will be done with certain machine or weight. You cant hold on to an equipment for an hour its a share gym not a personal gym.
Parking is a disaster. They hire this new "On Call" service which is pretty much nothing ppl are still parking in no parking zones and there is hardly any parking after 8 pm .
The walls of the apartments are paper thin which cause more misery when someone decide to have a party.
young adults and young families get into common pool area after dark and through parties till 1 in the morning. Kids screaming, yelling and playing till 2:00 am. I havent seen myself but heard from other ppl about skinny dipping in pool and such. I havent stepped in the pool since.
There is definitely shady stuff happing in these building there is police car almost twice or even 3 times a day every day.
If I can sum it all up in I would call this place FANCY GHETTO. They have to hire security guard for night.
If dont believe me and think I am just some snobby idiot. I would encourage you to come and live here and have firsthand experience. Read the reviews on Google and judge yourself.
I think management tries to help but its gone to the point that they have just given up .
I wanted to stay here until I buy my place but now I will out as soon as my lease expires.

The leasing agent misinformed us of all the details and did not disclose that you do not get any cellular service in the units. As such, for the entire term of the lease, my parents and I could not make or receive any calls. When I discussed it with management, they informed me that the leasing agent is no longer there and theres nothing they could do about it. So we literally had to open the windows/ door whenever we had to make/ receive a call. BUTTT....Then when the doors/ windows are open, there is constant LOUD airline traffic passing by at least two times per minute because it is fairly close to Fort Lauderdale airport. Also, there is always loud construction noise and the all the construction dust caused my skin to itch and my mom suffers from horrible allergies as such!

Staff is extremely unprofessional and will not assist you with anything. When I came to visit, I was informed that I could not use any of the facilities including gym and locker for packages because my name is not on the lease. I had to pay $200 to be added to lease and then they refused to activate my FOB because I was only going to be there for a week! Also, they will not hesitate to send you "improper trash disposal fee" of at least $30 if you make a simple mistake to leave anything outside the door even if its a shoe in a box!

Also, just recently the gates do not open and is left like that for days. It seems secure because there is a gate but actually anyone can park in front the building and walk through the side entrance. The elevators do not operate properly so good luck to you if you have to carry anything heavy! Management will never send out notice of this so it will come as a surprise and leave you wondering when it will be fixed.

Moreover, if that wasnt enough, you also have to deal with the terrible parking situation. There is no reserved area for your apartment so anyone can park anywhere. You will be forced to park far from your apartment. I can go on...

Consider living under these conditions then decide:
1. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff
2. No reserved parking
3. Gates do not operate properly so anyone can get in
4. Loud construction noises during the day
5. Horrible Allergies due to construction dust
6. No cellular service within units
7. A lot of add on fees

DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!! Ive been here since November and its gone to trash. They said amenities are included but now they charge you $300 deposit to use OUR grill then only return $200. You have to pay $50 annual parking EVEN if you buy a garage which is $175 a month. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING SLOTS EVER. When issue was brought up to Steven, short guy with glasses who works in the front he said I, WHICH I PAY $2000 a month must wait and roam until parking is found. Ridiculous. Steven is very rude and not helpful at all instead he is very aggressive when dealing with guests who are paying money to live here. I cannot wait until my lease is up. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING. Save your money and spend it somewhere with a little more class.

Management and staff are very rude! Staff wants to ha sleep issues which should be handled by management and management doesnt want to handle issues so the delegate them to staff. Parking in this complex is always an issue and when you complain about it you get and aggressive response especially from Michael. Anytime Destiny sees you she runs to the back. This place lack customer service, family friendly environment. I honestly cannot wait for my lease to end so that I can get out of here. I will never recommend this place to anyone and many of the people who currently live here are ready to move out. Think twice before you sign the lease!!!
