We relocated from Maryland to Florida four years ago come July 17th to f this year. This was our first home here. The serenity of the lake, the amenities, the awesome views of fireworks, hot air balloons, spaceship take offs and more. We are upgrading to a larger condo within the community and cannot wait!!

Beautiful view with the preserve behind us. Large kitchen and pantry. Love the high ceilings.

Been here for approx 10 years office staff is ok but here are some issues with maintenance they do t speak very good English but they try. It has gotten better over the past year still haven built the new parts as they are still under construction. Dont recommend for the amount of rent they are charging.
