BEWARE!! Stay Away!!! Do not be distracted by the outward ambiance!! The apartments are ok. But the fees they tack on AFTER you are locked into your lease are insane! Watch your lease for the 60 day on the dot notifications when not renewing your lease or you are charged every day. In our case, we notified the office on Jan. 10th that we would not renew our lease that ended on Feb. 29, which was the day we were notified we had a new home to move into. We were charged an additional $890!!! And our lease extended to March 10th. We cleaned our apartment and offered to have the carpets professionally cleaned. They said they had their own person yet charged us over $1500.00 to replace the carpet. $525 to repaint the apartment. And more fees. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE! The way the end process is set up, you can not get out of your lease without paying fees that are beyond the scope of FL state laws and traditional move out policies. Once you sign your lease you are responsible for anything they say!! They do not go by FL state tenant laws!!! You have been warned!

We moved here from Pennsylvania, without seeing the property in person. We went solely off the images on the website and signed our 1-year lease. I was so nervous at first because we have kids and pets. At the time our options were very limited. I have to be honest; I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from. We absolutely love it here at Spring Creek Apartments. I am actually glad we ended up here. The property is so well-kept. The office staff is always so quick to respond to inquiries. We love our maintenance team. Everyone always tries to go above and beyond to resolve any issue. We give this place 5-STARS! We love it so much that when it was time to renew the lease, we renewed it! The neighbors are always so friendly. We love that the property is gated. The amenities are nice. We have a pool, 24 hr. gym, clubhouse, office, playground, etc. I know I mentioned we have pets. Spring Creek Apartments will allow you to bring your fur kids! Not many places will do that. I am talking about more than just a dog! We have had domestic rabbits and guinea pigs. I definitely think you should stop in, see the place and meet the staff if you are considering an apartment here. See for yourself how nice things are kept and how friendly everyone is. You're gonna love it here!

3 minutes ago EXTORTION!!!!! Springcreek apartment homes is nothing but scandalous swindlers, waiting to be sued!!! PLEASE READ EMAIL correspondences in the photos. I resided @Springcreek from April 1, 2020 until October 29, 2020- upon move in carpets were COVERED in pet hair (now they claim not one tenant in the history of Springcreek has ever had an animal in apt 7302) but yet they are making an effort to extort me for $150 pet carpet damage and $100 flea treatment- I DID NOT EVEN OWN A FISH!!! Springcreek is responsible for pest control- unfortunately we all got attacked by wasp all summer long before Lisa's maintenance man can up with a can of hot shot- roaches and maggots infested the halls and walk ways/stairs. Mold/mildew around the vents in the ceilings,,,, PERHAPS Springcreek apartment homes would like TO PAY MY MEDICAL BILLS FOR THE ALLERGY ISSUES I NOW HAVE BUT NEVER HAD PRIOR TO THIS MOLD INFESTATION, in which they ignored and again did zero about... Hurricane Sally in September of 2020 took out our gate in Springcreek's supposedly gated community & was left in disrepair for MONTHS. Lisa claims the gate the swimming pool and the computers are free included amenities and therefore no allowance for rent would be credited LOL go figure right... The hideous disgusting stinking HUGE trash dumpster out front of the complex stunk to high heavens, was overflowing with trash, bugs, and dirty diapers, this is during Florida heat inducing the stench beyond imagination... Never was their 1 complaint against us for noise or any violations. Management ignored the severe marijuana smell from the apartments and often being smoked on balconies... These are the same people who have justifications for all of their additional revenue charges against unsuspecting tenants upon their departure falsely claiming damages that are non-existing!!
