I have lived at Park Place for 16 years. I love my apartment which has a fireplace and french doors. The people here are wonderful and supportive. The community has all of the major stores within a 1 mile radius for all types of shopping.
Our residence here is continually kept clean and neat.

I have enjoyed my stay at Park Place at Turtle Run. The office staff/maintenan is great the manager is also great and excellent to work with. She is very understandable. I have lived at this proberty for two years and have been very satisfied up until now. My only regret living here is that the lizzards will not give me a break. They come in my room from the vent and through the doors and I am not comfortable with that at all. Because of my fear for them it made my stay very uncomfortable.
Overall, Park Place at Turtle Run is a good place to reside. I do feel, however, that the rent does not match the amenities. The apartments are outdated, especially the kitchen, and the dramatic rent increase (for me, close to $90) is not justified by the parking lot re-paving and exterior paint job. The positive thing about the increase is that it has prompted me to move forward with purchasing a home. Nice place, friendly neighbors, pleasant office staff, but too much rent for the amenities
