How in the heck can you honestly say at affordable prices.... $1370 for a 1 bedroom? You guys are nuts... That is extremely over priced and now we have to pay for water? All you do is lie and put up false advertisement. You should be sued. There's no gyms... the gates open all the time... Way over priced... We're average citizens not fricken millionaires... That's why this place is a ghost town now... People move out every month...
If you ever want long time residents, dramatically drop your rent... Stop charging for water and soon trash... Close the gate or make it a real gate where only one car can get in at a time... Stop CHARGING US 1370 for a 1 BEDROOM!! UNRENOVATED AT THAT! It's 1480 for a renovated 1 bedroom?!?! What is this New York? We aren't rich... GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! Greedy. Protest this community.
Be careful before you move into this community. The staff is really friendly but when you open your eyes you might find yourself in problems. When I moved I only had to pay basic rent and standard fees. Then they charge me extra for my dog and 1 year later, they made me pay more money for a DNA test for the dog. Now I find that we have to pay water and sewer and the first month I paid 30 dollars including 10 dollar fee because you are supposed to pay some random company for water a sewer which will charge you extra money if you pay online or by phone (extra problems for residents) and for the second month which was supposed to be less because I already paid the initiation fee, but it came for 64 dollars for a small 2 bathroom apartment. Also, during storm seasons, they usually send a letter saying that if you cover your windows because of a storm they will take the shutters down and charge you to fix the holes in the wall, but is funny that 1 day before the storm hits, they send a letter to the residents asking to take preventive measures. ( For them the only preventive measures is for you to leave your apartment and stuff behind and hope for the best)
