What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Coral Springs

It's a great location and near many useful establishments. We like going to the park and mall. The downtown walk area

We have a lot of yard space which is unusual now in the newer homes being built. We have many parks with activities we do participate in all year round outside like tennis and basketball

The location is beautiful, it is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are mostly friendly but not intrusive or problematic. We have a great , well managed HOA, repairs are ongoing so the buildings are well maintained, great schools for my children near my job

Great schools make the neighborhood unique, I don't have a favorite local business I support all of them equally and I like going to the park with my family.

Whole Foods is near by. I live near family neighborhoods. LA fitness is 7 mins away. Starbucks, and raw addiction. The mall is 5 mins way.

I like that these are single family homes with decent spacing between houses. Almost every house had a pool.
