I was shopping around for a house when I stumbled across Jefferson Monterra. When I show the model apartment, I asked the leasing representative, "Why do I need to buy a house when I have everything here?" The model apartment that I saw was exactly what my actual apartment looks like. It's very queit here. Office staff are wonderful! I would definitely recommend the move.
I lived in nice apartments before, but Monterra is clearly in different class. It feels like I'm living a nice hotel in Orlando. I like everything about the place: Location, room sizes, gym, lounge, and pool.
I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a disaster. They take your deposit even if you leave your apartment in PERFECT CONDITION. The office staff messes up everything, the manager is unfriendly and just seems to worry about always being right. If you disagree with her once, you can not live there anymore in peace. Also neighbors are extremely noisy, walls are so thin you can hear them using the toilet. I dont recommend this property to move in. Worst place ever to live!
Just wanted to write a review because we love it here! My husband and I moved in to 2940 Solano at Monterra in October 2017 and since then we feel the improvements they have made on the property are much better. I know some people are not happy with certain changes but I have no problem with them because I agree that it is for the best interest of our community. I want to personally thank Tatiana and Nick who helped us with our storage unit earlier this week and we are now paying a very reasonable price for our storage unit downstairs in our own building instead of 5 miles away paying more than 5 times the amount. I would also like to thank Jessica who has been very sweet and helpful since day 1 when we first came in to inquire about the apartment. This place is kept very clean and they work hard to try to enforce the rules and regulations for our own well being and to allow us to enjoy our home. I think sometimes people forget this is a community and we all have to learn to follow the rules. I always lived in a private house but I have to learn to adjust to the rules that go along with living in an apartment community. I have no problem with that. Thank you for making this a great place to live!!
The buildings look nice, and the interiors are nice. However you hear dogs parking until 1am and nobody does anything about them. You have an option of carpet or "wood" floors but they just leave the old carpet from your apartment in the breeze way which then becomes a giant insect home and gets insects in other peoples apartments. Management is non-existent. The property manager will not pick up a phone and call you back if you leave her a voicemail. I have been having issues with noise with people who live on the other side of me for 6 months and nobody has done anything to fix this issue.
