By far, this is the BEST apartment community in Clermont. Beautiful community right down to the color scheme. It also has a great variety of layouts - including a loft in several units, that although does not add a large amount of square footage, opens up the space incredibly well. The staff is great, location is prime, and has some of the most beautiful views in Clermont from its elevated position. We couldn't be happier!
There is not one person who works here that we don't absolutely love. We actually don't 'love' apartments.. but they make this so much more than tolerable. Every single time we have had any little maintenance problem, it is solved almost immediately and above our expectations. Liz was the first person we spoke to here and the reason we came back. Heather, Dawn, Abiu, and Ricardo .. actually all of them are more than kind. You can pay for efficiency... but you can't buy kindness.
Vista at lost lake has a wonderful Management Team , and the Maintenance department is very fast and very helpful . Courtland Partners are very thankful to have a wonderful crew managing Vista at Lost Lake Apartments .
Great community for both families and single professionals.
My suggestion would be to ensure the terms of the lease are very clear to any potential renter. We relocated from another state with the understanding that we would be renting for 7 months at a certain price. When we did arrive and checked in, we were told that the sales person we dealt with had made a mistake, and, in fact, we would have to sign a 12 month lease or the price would increase by 200.00. Also, the price I was quoted did not include all the extra fees, such as trash, and convenience fees. Potential renters need to be aware of these fees.
