very impressed with what we saw

I have not found any of the problems that are being written by other reviewers. I live in building A in the Glens ll and everything here is new and beautiful, anytime I needed anything repaired I make a phone call and within hours the problem is resolved. Everyone in my building is friendly and I love the dog park!

Absolutely the worst management touncould imagine. Theyre friendly during the tour, and as soon as a lease is signed they immediately stop caring about you since they know you can be replaced from their waiting list immediately. Maintenance concerns ignored, as well as noise complaints from neighbors. If you arrive home any time after 10pm, good luck finding parking anywhere near your home. Some of the trashier residents decide to just park on the grass, which management posts warnings against to cover their behinds, but never follows up on enforcing. Stay away at all costs.

If you are looking to move here from out of state then look further. Your money is no good here. They do not allow any income from a current job to be considered. You have to already be living and working in the Orlando Area. Their application process is to fill out a horrible scanned document which looks like it was downloaded from google. That should have been the first sign.
