If you don't mind waiting 1 to 2 weeks for repairs and your power going out once a week, then it's the place for you. The only nice thing that happened was once my power was out for more than 9 hours, so I lost all of my food in my refrigerator & freezer and the manager gave me a gift card to help replace my food.

Floors aren't level in my apartment. Staff is helpful to a point. It is constantly loud. The water or electricity is shut off at least once a week, if not for days at a time. No discount on water even with constant outages. Cops are called for something at least every other week. The rooms are hard to keep cool with the outdated AC. The website shows wood floors but there is actually an excessive amount of carpet. The bathtub is questionable and the fan cannot be turned off while the light is on. Nice large closets.

The office never fully addressed the isssues that we came across while living in these apartments. They started renovating apartments but raising rent for apartments that were not renovated. Our A/C leaked into the bottom unit a dozen times and each time they said they fixed it when they actually didnt. Our walls were cracked, bugs everywhere, refused to replace the drywall that had mold on it from previous leaks. My dog was area led by another dog that was not on its leash and they brushed it under the rug and acted like it was not a big deal. They never called back when they said they were going to. I lived there for two years and it never got better. They think that slapping a coat of paint and changing the name is going to help matters but if the same people run that facility, nothing is going to get better. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

The leasing staff is the only good part of this place, theyre supper nice and try to help you out. The property manager and maintenance are a completely different story though. So many issues. If you have actual maintenance issues in your apartment then expect to get ignored until you threaten you move out. Its literally the only way to get something done. Property manager talks to like a child and wont believe what you say unless you have video proof and maintenance will mark work orders as resolved even if they dont step foot in your apartment, this has happened many times, or they will lie to you about what is causing a maintenance issues in order to get out of really fixing it then the problem only gets worse. Dont waste or time, take your money somewhere else. This place only sees residents as a dollar sign and not as people.

If you are looking for something cheap, this is a great place to be. The newly renovated ones are amazing (from the one I have been in), but the standards have their issues (as expected with an older unit). However, the rating Im giving is for the management of the property itself. Countless times have issues been brought up to them, and they took longer then needed to complete the items. It felt as if they were neglecting the problem. Eventually, everything got completed, but with an argument/threat to report to get it finished. The general manager does not seem to be fulfilling her duties in managing the property and her employees, and I may choose to leave once my lease is up. Depending on my own financial situation, I may need to stay for a whole new term, but that does not mean Im the happiest with the way they handle and manage this property.
