Not happy about the gates not working properly for the last few months. We are suppose to be a gated community however the gates do not remain shut. The pet charges do not make sense. Why charge a deposit we will never get back but charge a monthly per rent. I think its almost like stealing from your clients but other than that things have been alright. If I leave an you could never tell I had a cat I do not think my security deposit should be kept. I dont mind the rent monthly but I mind not getting security deposit back. Sidewalks could be cleaner and the trash company could be more neat when taking the trash.
Love the apartment maintenance is always on time and the fixes my issues as soon as possible. Great customer service from the while team. Clean atmosphere and family friendly...
Only issue is upstairs neighbors Super Noisy! I live on 1st floor and they jump and constantly make noise.
Guy I talked to was nice till he found out I wasnt approved. Then he was mighty rude. I wouldn't live there now even if I did qualify
I lived at Park of Elland for almost 3 years, always rent on time. Was looking for house to buy, and office reassured me that if I potentially had to break lease, I would have to give proper 60 day notice, pay two months worth of rent, and forfeit deposit. Well I moved out a few months ago and they added a "break the lease" fee of $1750. It cost me $4100 with proper notice. Management lied to me and then ripped me off. Don't move here.
