Too many trees, the acorns damage your car. Sales team changes every other month. But the apartment is great. Nice upgrades but you definitely pay for them!

We strive to provide our residents with quality homes at an excellent value, and our prices are in-line with surrounding communities. While we have not had any reports of damage due to falling acorns, we would be happy to speak with you to learn more about any issues you've experienced. Our maintenance crew removes acorns, leaf litter, and other debris every morning to ensure our walkways remain clear. If you notice an area in need of service, please alert the office so we may address it. We apologize if you have been inconvenienced during our staff finalizations. Our current team has been in place for the past 9 months, and we are always happy to be of assistance. I recently relocated to The District at Clearwater from Illinois on 5/19/18, having left a home I own in perfect move in condition for MY renter. My first day here was less than a pleasant experience. It was quite clear immediately that there was no move-in walk thru BEFORE my arrival. The list of unmanaged items is plentiful!!! Both toilets are crooked/tipped, with caulk on floors, evidentially to keep leaks from showing when I know full well, the toilets are not on the seal. Expecting HUGE water bill now since maintenance said they wouldnt fix that! Bathroom piping was moldy & was leaking underneath & the sink was very slow draining. They fixed leak under cabinet, but somehow, the sink still fills up while washing your hands. The balcony door is extremely difficult to open, although maintenance did show up with a wax candle & rub it in the tracks. This does nothing! Not to mention what the balcony looks like in general! Very dirty, not pressure washed or painted before my arrival & I cant walk out here without getting 7-11 feet. That will take 2 weeks to do, since the only pressure washer here is vacationing in Cuba. The kitchen faucet sprayed water all over me the first time I turned on. Parts are on order, may receive in a month because they only order 2xs/month. The refrigerator was taken from another unit & put in mine, with the crisper drawer missing, that too is on order, while my food continues to go bad due to moisture. There is no cable hookup in any other room besides the living room, thus, I had cable company out here who said the only place I could put my computer is the living room, right next to my TV, really ??? None of the windows/sills were cleaned on inside or the outside. there is mold on all outside trim & around bathtubs. The screens on balcony were hanging by a thread & all bent up. They did replace those 2 but there is mold on all cement & bug nests all over. Interestingly I had to sign lease addendum regarding mold
