What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Clearwater

We have great neighbors who look out for each other and that enjoy talking to each other. We're able to ask neighbors to take care of our pets and take in our mail when we're away for a few days. There are stores nearby and good restaurants and quick serve places

I like that it is quiet and people are respectful of their neighbors. It is a short drive to grocery stores and shopping or restaurants from here.

A major park is a short walk. Very little traffic on our street. Wea re a short drive to the beach. Our neighbors are trustworthy.

It's close to the beach. It's close to the airport. It's close to Tampa and St Pete. I like eating at Clear Sky

I like that my sons school and the fire department are right down the street. I also like how central I am to the highway and beaches.

We are close to downtown but the streets are quiet. There is a park with a lake a short walk away. And restaurants all over

All About

Living in Clearwater, FL

Clearwater is a beautiful Florida city located along the Gulf of Mexico near Tampa. If you are starting your search for Clearwater apartments, you have a variety of options to choose from including trendy lofts in the downtown area to apartments near the shore.

The downtown district is a thriving neighborhood of highrise office space, Clearwater apartments and retail businesses. St. Petersburg College and Clearwater Air Park are also located here, and shopping opportunities at Clearwater Mall and Countryside Mall are close by.

Also, on the main land you'll find the Pinellas Trail. Running from Tarpon Springs all the way downtown to St. Petersburg, this trail provides a safe place for cycling, walking and jogging. The Trail is owned and maintained by Pinellas County, so if you choose an apartment in Clearwater, you will be right in the middle of the county and the trail.

Out along the coastline in Clearwater Beach, the Beach Walk is similar to the Pinellas Trail in that it provides a safe space for pedestrians and cyclists to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Winding along the coastline, the Beach Walk offers beautiful views of Clearwater's white beaches and blue ocean waves. On the other side of the walk, you'll find shops, restaurants and hotels with scenic views and easy beach access.

Another great way to enjoy life outside of Clearwater apartments is to head over to Pier 60. You can't beat free entertainment and that is exactly what this location on Clearwater Beach is offering every night. In the evening enjoy beautiful sunsets as well as street performances and music at Pier 60. And, in the daytime enjoy the warm beaches, restaurants and shops located near the pier.

To discover the marine life of the area, check out the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. This center for the research and care of marine animals offers dolphin shows and exhibits with turtles, stingrays, otters, sharks, fish and more. If you live in Clearwater apartments on the west side of town, you're only a few miles from this great city attraction.

So, no matter in which part of the city you are looking for Clearwater apartments, you'll be close to excellent attractions, restaurants, shops and opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors. Explore Clearwater apartments for rent on ApartmentGuide.com today for a quick and easy apartment search.
