Nice and quiet. Convenient location. On the other hand, nasty ,trifling pooping feces no clean up dog owner's. I hope they have tissue for their trifling bums.
I have been living here for awhile and now I am starting to regret renewing my lease. It would be nice to get my repairs done with in my unit. I am tired of excuses why it is NOT getting done when I pay my RENT every month! UNACCEPTABLE! Do not trust the property manager. The ladies in the front office are nice and they try their best but ultimately they do not have the final word in anything! Don't move here!
I have not been here to long and Im ready to move. The apartment is VERY old. The plumbing is horrible. The toilets runs and they have not come to fix it yet. The ac does not work in all rooms. I am so hot and can not breath in my room.When I moved in the apartment was not cleaned like we were told was going to happen. Then spoke to the manager and he was kinda rude. I hate moving but I will not be here long. False advertisement, big mistake coming here.
*parking lot floods. You get out your car in a Pool of water
*trash is not picked up every day and then she does not take all the bags in the can
*BIG bug problem, and have not seen the exterminator yet
*patio is a big mess (that goes to apartment not being clean prior to moving in)
*can hear the people out side and walking in the halls.
*dog poop EVERYWHERE, unsanitary
Im so sorry and sad and have cried twice in my short time here, I feel trapped. I feel my request for maintenance have been ignored. If they are short staff then filling apartments should be put on hold instead of filling apartments and have tenants live like this. That is just wrong and disrespectful. Im up at 2am AGAIN because Im hot and the toilet running keeps me up. Writing this make me start crying again. I trapped in a cage.
I knew someone that lived there and loved it .. I'm wanting to live there !
I'm going on two years here and now have been infested with roaches. The Meg refuses to move me into a new roach free apt because he said I would bring them with me in my things so I guess I'm supposed to throw everything away and who pays for that since I got them here. The new Meg tree is by far the worse they have had I've even been threatened by him. The only only one here that true to help in the office is Phillis and she can't do much because she's not management. This place has went to crap after only a year I was here and doesn't look to be coming back up. I encourage anyone wanting to live here to run the opposite way unless you want poor management and infested with bugs of all kinds. I know my upstairs neighbors had to move from roaches and rats. This by far is the worse place I've ever lived in.
