What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Cape Coral

EVERYBODY GET ALONG WITH EACH OTHER. STORE RIGHT DOWN THE STREET. A FEW BLOCKS FROM STORE THERE ARE RESTAURANTS AND OTHER STORES.

While this is a standard suburban area the population is diverse. There are both mom and pop stores and major outlets within 15 minutes of here. Outside of the fireworks on major holidays it is a quiet area.

There is a lot of diffrent people moving from diffrent places to our neighborhood and there is a lot of tall buildings because its a hige city

I like the climate and the people are friendlier than where I was raised. I find this is my piece of paradise where I live with less stress. Some of my family are also moving by me so we all get to enjoy the retirement together.

i like the location and the view of the water that is 1 mile from the river and has direct access with no bridges

i like that my neighborhood is close to shopping and grocery stores. also it's central and close to my job and close to schools
