The staff is very friendly and accommodating and maintenance is very helpful and quick to reply to any maintenance needs. Love the apartment floor plan for 1 bedroom and especially love the large screened in porch. No complaints living here and also have great neighbors. Always feel safe. This community is a pet friendly community which I also like.

When we moved into this apartment in November 2015, we filled out our move in checklist with several things that needed to be fixed. We still live here (February 2017) and most of these things were not fixed until this past month. We have called and left messages and stopped by the office to ask for air filters (which were out of stock and never received them), and to submit work requests for other issues. Our AC went unfixed and leaking for a month.

From move in, I have had issues with the so called renovations. It took 4 calls, almost 3 months before it was supposedly fixed it. It came down 2 weeks later but they did respond within a week. There are more things that need be done; a new toilet, and a new counter. I basically see things that could have been done better for calling it a renovation. The saving grace is that it is safe, clean, friendly and in a great location.

Although the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of I've had problems with Park At Portofino. The water was cut off for a weekend in my building without notice! Imagine waking up and you can't flush the toilet, take a shower, or wash your clothes! I've also had problems with plumbing. My toilet overflowed on a weekend and the maintenance man had to come 3 times before I stooped having this problem. Lastly the girls in the leasing office have nasty snooty attitudes! That's why I'm leaving!!
