The apts are too small for the rent asked
It was a pleasure to live here from March 2016 till March 2018. The maintenance and repairs were always done in a timely fashion. The front office staff were friendly and approachable. Phyllis and Cathy were great! One of my favorite things I like about this property was how quite it was at night. I could rest easy not being disturbed with loud music or constant traffic. The location is great for shops, gym and mall. I definitely miss living here.
Comfortable, rent is not bad, and close to everything. Like my neighbors, the office is decent, and the maintenance is quick to respond. The only negative is that I rented an apartment without the washer and dryer connections. When I renew I will transfer to an apartment that has them.
Like the place very much.
Do NOT move here. We made the tragic mistake of signing a lease to this place because they offered a free month. We didn't see OUR unit until paying the deposit and signing for everything. When we moved in our porch bars were completely broken and weak, they replaced the broken bars with more cheap wood. These apartments are very old, nothing is updated so we had many maintenance issues. There's mold in the units and you can see it from the inside of the apartment and when they had the roofers come, I could see the mold under the panels. I hated living here from the first day and when the lease ended, I was so excited that we could finally move. My whole immediate family came over to help me move and clean. The only part of the house that wasn't spotless were the carpets, unlucky for me some juice stains wouldn't come out. In my new apartment I could finally breathe and feel happy. But then I got the letter stating that $1100 out of our already ridiculous $1500 deposit was being kept. We did as we we're asked and disputed it in writing and we delivered the letter on Christmas Eve (because the 15 day time frame landed on Christmas Day) and we have yet to hear back. It's been almost a full month. It's fine because I filmed everything, starting with the state of the apartment when we moved in to how everything was when we moved out and myself delivering that letter. I bet they got the rent money delivered that day but somehow didn't get the letter. If anything changes, I'll update my review. I do wish I could post photo reviews.
