It's a safe place for families with kids with lots of amenities. As with any apartment, there will be maintenance issues, however, any issues are addressed immediately.

Beautiful property, unfortunately poorly managed. I've tried to remain hopeful that things would get better, but infact keep getting worse. Many who live here complain about the same issues.... noise, parking, and silverfish and other bugs. The management seems to care less and less and never offers a reasonable resolve.

I can say this is this best place anyone could make there new home, it is so comfortable and the location is great, I would recommend Parkcrest Landing to anybody I know.

All that glitters are NOT gold. That is the best way to describe this place. Its a hit & miss depending on what building you get or what type of person you are. Reasons
1. For a complex less than 5yrs old, it is poorly constructed so there are lots of internal issues. Walls are paper thin therefore you HEAR EVERYTHING from your neighbors including sneezing. It is not because they are loud or mean but thats just how it is. Its might be tolerable during the daytime but if you are trying to sleep pass 5am, there is a problem. In the very early mornings, when neighbors get up to get ready its like a loud bad symphony. The showers, toilets, AC, dogs barking, walking, you name it, you hear it all. Trust me, it doesnt get any better. So, if you get up early for work. Great you will love this place. No need for alarm clock.
2. Parking: since most residents leave early and come home early, after 7pmish parking is a problem defending on what building you are, after 9pm (good luck)
3. Staff: its all smiles until there is problem. They tend to take complaints personal.
4. Safety: decent neighbors
I will say good luck. I hope you get a good unit.
