I lived here at Palm Cove 2010-2012 and the 'only' reason I moved was because of the unbelievable monthly water bills I received & I live alone.. I even had the State of Florida look into those bills & how they computed the usage, which I monitored daily by the meter inside my one bedroom apartment.. You would have to be in the car washing business to use the amount of water they billed me for..
Looking forward to see your rentals, ive heard alit of good things about your property and interested to see what you have to offer
We will like to see two bathrooms and two bedrooms thank you Lou
These are nice apartments. I have lived here two different times in 2007 and 2016-2017. I have lived in many different apartment complexes and these have been my favorite. It is a very quiet community and people are friendly and mostly keep to themselves. It has pretty landscaping that they are always upkeeping. I love the pool and the fact that it has a hot tub. They also just painted the exterior of all the buildings and it looks nice. The only real negative I have is that sometimes the hot tub is broken and is not hot and also that they frequently run out of propane at the gas grills they provide. Maintenance has always been quick to fix any problems inside my apartment. Some of the units used to be Condos that people owned but they are all just rentals now. It is also a good mix of younger and older people in the complex but mostly working class professionals, in my observation. Overall, it is what you would expect for a decent apartment complex.
We moved in Jan 2017 nothing but issues from the day we walked into the apartment. The main bathroom has tile broken that hasn't been fixed since we moved in. We have made work orders that don't get done until three or four days later. We had the mantaince people come in and check everything we weren't happy about and the shelf that is cracking in our fridge we were told it was ordered on March 2017 it's almost July of 2017 and they had to order it again. We amcant out anything heavy in the top shelf of the fridge. This week alone has been a nightmare. Our garbage disposal stopped working on June 11th we put a work order in on monday June 12th after calling for three days in a row finally someone came on Thursday June 15th. We had a crazy weekend so we didn't cook in the house. So Sunday rolls around and it's Father's Day! We are cooking in the house. As we go to do all the dishes from the day we have no power to our garbage disposal and the sink is backing up. We pick up the phone and call the emergency line. It's 6pm we leave a message no one calls back. This is horrible, now I have to wash dishes in the tub so that we don't have a full sink with dishes and food in it. The house is going to smell in the morning and god only knows when they will exactly get here to fix the issue that should have Been fixed on the thrusday when the guy was here. I wild not reccomend everyone live here it's a joke.
