I would NEVER recommend this place - TOTALLY INFESTED WITH TERMITES AND ROACHES. Property management will say they do something BUT NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM AND MY DAUGHTER WAS FORCED TO MOVE OUT WITHIIN 3 MONTHS OF LEASING. Nicole and Kelly will try to say this did something but they really did not care kept saying was treated but never got rid of the problem but put the blame on the resident when it was admitted they both knew this unit was totally infested PRIOR TO RENTING not only did they know they mentioned the entire building is infested. My daughter rented this apartment and slept more days at my house than the 1250 monthly rent payment she was paying- UNACCPETABLE STAY AWAY!!!!!MANAGEMENT ALSO SUCKS WHEN THEY WANT TO PUT YOU IN A SMALLER APARTMENT FOR MORE RENT LIKE REALLY THERE IS NO CARE AT ALL AND THIS PLACE IS DIGUSTING AND MANAEMENT SUCKS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY....NOT TO MENTION CHARGING ETF AND REFUSING TO WORK WITH FAMILY WHEN THEY PROVIDED AND INFESTATED APARTMENT WHILE DOING NOTHING TO FIX THIS MAJOR ISSUE AND LIVING IN SUCH AWFUL CONDITIONS.- ON MANY OCASSIONS THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FOR DAYS WHEN COMPLAINNG AND THERE WAS ALSO OVER 12 SERVICE CALLS AND PROBLEM RETURNED WITH 12-24 HOURS INHABITABLE LIVING!!!!!!
First let me start with the pros: The pool is awesome, the gym is better than most, and the apartments visually nice.
The cons: The first year, when they were managed by a company, the staff was friendly and quick to respond to any questions and maintenance requests. Jim was on it. Then the management decided to "self manage" and the property went down. Work orders don't get complete in a timely manner/no communication on if they have to order a part, it is apparent they are no longer strict on who they let live here anymore because a few months ago a couple was in my semi fenced PRIVATE backyard having a domestic dispute and I had to call the police, the office is not staffed enough because they are never in the office at opening - conveniently around the first of the month, the parking is truly horrendous like the previous Google reviewer, but the cherry on top - they don't send you your rent statement with water bill anymore and you can't pay online! When you go into the office (when they are there) to get your bill amount you're treated like an inconvenience. We, the tenants, should be the priority and should have statements billed on time. This month, we didn't get our bill on time and they weren't in the office at 9 to ask for the 5th month on a row what our bill was. My husband and I work the same hours the office is open so were tried to pay on the 5th (2 days late) and Nicole, the not so polite manager, made us get a money order and pay a late fee. Which is just extremely frustrating given the circumstances.
Come November, we won't be renewing our lease. Which is sad because I really liked this place.
