First of all, new tenants are given a discount if they leave a positive review. Only trust those who have been there a while. Here is a letter to the admin explaining what it is like. Buyer, beware.

Yes, that is the number that the automated phone tree leaves that, in an emergency seems unfathomable in this day and age. I would like to confirm that at 6:40pm over 14 hours later, no security officer has contacted me. That is unbelievable. I do not know what you mean by'courtesy officer in the community. Please explain. When I moved in here it was with the full understanding that thee was 24 hr security service and they answered the phone at all hrs of the day and night and knocked on my door on several occasions within minutes.

What is the security policy to date?


After a stressful experience in which I called the One Boynton security number and left a message with the security service, I noted I never got a response. I reported it to the leasing office. I never got a response from them. For a month I asked for an update on the security policy. I got my answer with the new recorded message stating, after a long phone tree of other options from renting options, to maintenance issues to finally if you have a security issue, call 911.

That covert change in security services coupled with a month of denying me any response as to the present policy caused me to put a deposit on another home and give notice.

In regards to the courtesy officer program, please be advised that this is an amenity that we offer and per your lease agreement, owners reserve the right to set the days and hours of use for all amenities and to change the character of or close any amenity. Owner and management may make changes to the rules for use of any amenity at any time.

If you're considering to lease here, THINK AGAIN! Hot tubs have been OUT OF ORDER for weeks now,,,Pools are disgusting with brown scum on sides and bottoms ..obviously no one attended to the cleaning of them. Gym equipment out of order (elliptical) for weeks on end. Media room unavailable ...Call boxes cannot be used to get into our buildings and with all of these inconveniences, there is no compensation to the rent or even an explanation or common courtesy call to emails sent explaining our discontent! Dont waste your time or money here! Look elsewhere! Very very disappointed!!!!

Beautiful community, very well kept! The office staff & service team are always welcoming and very responsive. We have a dog and are very glad to have found a community that is pet friendly. The restaurants and shops in the community are convenient and the beach is a quick 10 minute walk. Cant beat the location!

The new management team is terrible. I thought the prior management group was hard to deal with but the new management has proven to be much worse. They lost my security deposit and failed to tell me this until i inquired about it. The grounds are usually dirty and pet feces is everywhere. There were times a dog would have an accident in a hallway or stairwell and the management wouldnt notice it for days. Extrememley hard to work with this management group and their prices are not worth it. Rent was raised while i still lived here and it was definitely not for an increase in quality. The only changes made to the facilities was painting the building white and changing the name from las ventanas to one boynton. They likely changed the name to escape all the bad reviews associated with the old name but the new one boynton is not any better. Do yourself the favor and lease anywhere else.

After spending a few days with a friend, I was not impressed with the property. The former company sold Las Ventanas to Matrix a few months ago. What a huge difference the property has taken a dive since the purchase. I was shown the new model in the South Tower. This building is kept beautiful. However after walking the proper especially on the second floor above the bussinesses face Woolbright I was SHOCKED at the filth. Overflowing trash cans, I can understand due to the time of day. However all the stands and cigarette butts. A little pressure washing could easily resolve this. Over grown weeds in the beds by the mailboxes, business center is a job printer does not nor has worked since being bought, inside the building smells moldy, peeling paint on commercial doors,etc

For the money I would spend I expect more and demand more. Due to all of the unsightly things I chose a different apartment company.

Do not be fooled with the great location. Look passed the shallowness and do your own research look at the bones of the property
