So, Don't believe the management when they explain the hefty pet deposit covers your pet damage because after they send you the invoice to re-carpet, they will send you to collections. Then, you can NEVER get them back on the phone. You will be lied to, over and over. Managers will be replaced and you will end up in collections. Get it all in writing. EVERYTIME! Because they WILL lie to you. Have them explain to you in writing how your security deposit was used to clean and paint instead of being returned to you because it won't be. They should be ashamed of themselves, but they are not. RENTER BEWARE!
Nasty Place ran by a nasty management team. Deidre and her team could care less about proving any actual service. after living in this community for past 8yrs Under no circumstances would I renew my lease, it became a running joke amoungst the residence on when we all would be moving out. I posted images of the rodent infestation that took over my apartment when a filter under my sink was eating through, the community had the issues from apt to apt for months and instead of fixing everyones they wait till the rodents get into your unit. not only did they come through the sink but also the toilet. when management was advised of the issue....basically oooh well your problem. took over a week to get pest control out, and the cleanup cost completly on the tenant even though its a community issue.
The appliances are out dated but they will state "upgraded" units because they removed carpet from the living room!?. Constant room and patio leaks from rain, Washer & dryer are about 10yr old failing regularly.
The only goal of the office state seems to get every single dollar out of a tenant while they live there and after they have vacated. somehow the maintance crew damaged a part of the carpet and A/C unit after i moved out, when i asked to do the walk through with them i was completly ignored and then later sent a bill for damages that were non existant when i left, not only that but why not charge for an extra day of rent again aftr already vacating and speaking with a staff member, and extra keys that i was never given.
CarrollManagement corp office is no better, susan the resident coordinator and the regional manager can also care less to the corrupt practices of the communities management. all around disgusting experience after enjoying boynton for years due to the great location. shame its been turned into what it is now.
Best Place to live in Boynton Beach.
Please do yourself a favor and do not bother applying. They take two checks one for $75 and another for $300 and you are supposed to receive your $300 back if you are denied. Well I was denied and sent an email promising that they were mailing my check back to me. I checked my checking account today and they cashed both checks. When I called and spoke to a woman named Tasha she was very unprofessional and rude. She indicated she could not find my information and that if I was not respectful she would not help. They also gave me no reason for denying me. Please just do not both applying save yourself the stress and headache they caused me!
