I have been a resident at gables town place for almost a year now and I have overall had a good experience until now. I received a piece of paper on my door notifying me that if I wanted to renew when my lease ends May 26, I could do that if I wanted to pay almost 200 dollars more per month. That is an insane increase and the worst part is you have to give a 60 day written move out notice. So that gave me 12 days to make a decision from when the paper was left on my door to when I needed to have my 60 day notice turned in. Not only is that a ridiculously short amount of time to make a decision regarding renewal, they wanted to top it off with an insane rent increase. I have tried to work with the office staff to negotiate this but they have no control over the rates. Apparently the rates are sent down to them from a corporate office in Atlanta. The office staff is very nice and pleasant to deal with but they cannot assist in negotating. So where is the incentive for current residents to renew? I enjoy living there and would like to stay there but it makes no financial sense to do so with that insane increase! Dont move here if youre trying to find a place for longer than a year, because youll pay for it later.

Beautiful, Quiet and Awesome Apartment Complex. Office staff and Maintanence are always on the go and tend to your needs. The apartments are gorgeous and rennovated and we absolutely love it here!

I visited gables town place , and after I had seen a couple other ones before I knew that it was my preference . Just overall good energy here , clean peaceful and I found everything I was looking for all in one, thank you
