Worst place I've ever lived!! My car has been booted twice due to lack of parking, trying to get reimbursed was a nightmare and had to ask five times. Ac wasn't working, they sent someone out to fix three times. During that time our fpl dubbed and the refused to reimburse us. My gf and I were harassed by maintenance about picking up dog poop, we always always pick up. My dog peed and maintenance was watching and yelled to pick up poop then got in verbal agreement. Trying to get anything fixed here is nightmare. Here is my most recent email to management. I sent a list of everything that needs to be fixed. Please reread previous email and view pics. Not going to argue about Elizabeth, however I can show the phone record from gfs phone showing she did speak with her and then I did. When she got shi with me and stated she's not an ac tech is when I got shi back with her. Since the last guy spray painted the wall I have to be here to supervise, which means another day off work. I'd like all repairs done same day and 2 hrs notice before arrival. Just so there is no confusion here is the list of repairs once again. 1. Install hard duct line on dryer vent so we don't have to pull dryer out 2 ft from wall to dry. This will be third attempt. 2. Fix freezer from leaking into refrigerator. Third attempt. 3. Fix stains on wall and ceiling. Third attempt. 4. Fix crown molding. 5. Paint exterior front door and remove rust from door lock and handle or replace. 6. Patch hole on interior front door and add new door stop to prevent from happing again. 7. Replace middle bulb on track light front room. 8. Replace cracked tile in kitchen ( not caulk over crack) replace. 9. Replace cracked transition strip in bathroom. 10. Replace peeling mirror in bathroom. 11. Replace or fix fan in bathroom. 12. Fix stains on bedroom ceiling. 13. Track light fixture in front room is falling. 14. Government tested mold inspection and report due to all the l

Worst place I've ever lived. I could go on and on about how horrible this place is but here is just a few examples. Prior to the hurricane had water damage to the ceiling after the hurricane it got worse I called maintenance to have them repair the damage. They sent someone out here that didn't even speak English he painted the ceiling and two days later the water damage was back. I called maintenance and told them the issue is not resolved and that paint would not fix the problem. They sent someone out again once again did not speak English. He pulled out a can of SPRAY paint, the wrong COLOR and didn't put up tarps to contain the fumes and over spray. When he started to spray paint the wall the wrong color I yelled stop and had to tell him to leave. I called the office and they told me that he must have misunderstood. He came back later and cut out too small squares not even over the entire damaged area. When I came back home from work the floors were a mess it was drywall dust and popcorn particles from the ceiling everywhere. I called the office and made them send out a professional cleaning crew to clean up the mess. The ceiling once again has spots and where he spray painted on the wall the wrong color is still not fixed. The dryer in my unit has to be pulled out because if it's against the wall the clothes don't dry. So everytime I dry my clothes I have to pull out the dryer. There is no guest parking and not even enough parking for 1 person per unit.

after living there for more than 18 mos, they decided that they would not give 2 parking permits so we shared one parking permit only to come out of the apartment one morning and find more than 30 cars booted, including ours and we had a permit. The rental office is a nightmare Units are ok and maintenance staff is terrific...but rental people are an embarrassment

we moved and we suggest you don't move in
