What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Beverly Hills

Very quiet, well mannered children, Sea World parking lot is right inour back yard, and a really delightful day can be had.

Nothing is real unique about the neighborhood. It has plenty of grocers to use and lots of ethnic restaurants

it's close to pretty much everything. the trails and parks are great for running. The city is excellent.

I love that it is close by to grocery stores and restaurants so we never have to go far. And the mall is 3 miles away so shops are really close

I love walking to the boba tea garden by my home, for they have great customer service and makes me feel welcomed.

I like the people in my rural neighborhood. I like the mom and pop shops we have . We have a different type of environment within our rural community.
