What Renters Like and Dislike About Belleview

MY NEIGHBORHOOD IS UNIQUE IN THAT IT WAS FULLY BUILT OUT LONG BEFOR THE CITY GREW AROUND. SMALL SHOPPING CENTERS CENTER HAVE BEEN OPENED NEAR BY ALOSN EITH A NUMBER OF RESTAURANTS.

I love the diversity of people as well as activities. Living very close to Central Park is great for me as a runner. Also love having access to other great surrounding Neighborhoods and express trains to go downtown

What I like about my neighborhood is that there are grocery stores, restaurants, hair salons, department stores nearby and a police cruiser presence at night.

We live very close to Central Park as well as Columbia University, which greatly enriches the neighborhood.

I like that there is public transportation nearby which makes it really easy to access all of the places that I need to go to for my work and life.

I like that it's a very quiet neighborhood, but it's still in a pretty active part of town. There's no lack of things to do with family in the near area.
