What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Bay Harbor Islands

It is near the United Nations and has an international flavor. There are a fair variety of moderately priced restaurants. Museums and theater are nearby.

There are lots of local stores near by in walking distance, lots of families because of good public schools district, near to the public transportation so that it won't need a car for most of times, but it's also good to have it so that more wide range of activities you can do it.

My neighbors are friendly and helpful to me. There's Panda Express, Bill Miller , McDonalds, etc around the corner Unfortunately, my family and friends would go to another location for food and entertainment, like Chopstick, Golden Wok, etc . But since the pandemic, we prefer to just visit our friends to hang out.

I like going to the beach because it is right in front of my house. Everything is amazing here , I love it.

They are very safe and comedian family. My favourit local resturant is Pizza Hut. I would like to go the paris with my family and france with my friends.

Conception park is close to our home and occasionally we like to walk to the park and play some basketball or just enjoy nature.
