What Renters Like and Dislike About Aventura

I like that my building is close to stores I need. I like that my building is pet friendly. My area is great

It's a city so there are food and shopping places everywhere. This is a high New York Jewish area which is good for people who are from there or are Jewish or both. There is also congestion and crime.
