It's a nice place to live, just a little above average. Upon arrival the Apt was excellent. About a year in, there was a water leak above me. They extracted the water only leaving damage in the ceiling in the bathroom. They fixed the damage to a point but is sub par. I called again and they said it couldn't be fixed any better. So I just gave up.
Maintenance responds quickly. Happy with recent bathroom upgrade and renewed lease without a large increase in rent.
only complaint is the hot tub NEVER works
There's one person who seems to assume that I am the one at fault, and be condescending and criticizing every time i had come in with an issue that needed fixing, rather than making an informed opinion after investigating the issue. I would otherwise rate excellent, but considering I had to deal with this person often personally, it really ruined the experience for me as a resident here, and would not recommend this complex because potential residents would have to deal with them regularly.
The community itself is nice as well as the office staff, however I have had continuous issues with ants. I have started treating the problem myself. Also I have had issues with the cable/internet carrier that is associated with this community. Quite frankly I think they need to go with another carrier. I work from home and have consistantly been inconvienced. When calling the company, I was told it was an issue with this community and that no other community was having an issue.
