Not bad but not great. It's a great place if your looking for cheap and location to the mall and major highway. Great local shopping and restaurants, but the apartments themselves are cheap with bad upgrades. It's an old development so be prepared for that. The water bill is split between other so no matter how much you use or don't use be ready for a high bill. No security... period. A lot of bugs not really much inside but enough outside to make you think their inside. Your power bill will be at least $140 in the summer because of the cheap windows and faulty thermostat in the apartments. Looks good at 1st glance but don't let it cool you. I had zero issues with staff or neighbors I can't lie. This isn't one of those I have nothing nice to say reviews. It's good if your single because the apartments are large. Overall a 3 out of 5.
