Lets start here before Arium bought them and brought in a whole new staff this place was AMAZING! Sure its not in the nicest area but the ground were beautiful. The maintenance stuff was awesome and no weird vibes and the girls in the office SPECTACULAR. Ive sent packages to the office before and they would always be there. Amazon sent three packages of mine to the main office on two separate occasions and they claim they never got them. The first one the man working in the office told me that weird your the thirds person to come in here and say that. One package Id be like okay Amazon messed up but three. So why do we have a secure mail room with secure lockers if Amazon wont use them? I refuse to have packages put at my front door. The trash never picks up when its supposed to and we pay for valet trash. Some of the residents let their trash pile up and the wild animals rip the bags open. The grounds are not taken care of. I have water damage from my upstairs neighbors tub leaking. The put a dehumidifier in from Friday to Monday. That thing was so huge, loud and made my room hot. They came and sprayed my ceiling with bleach and painted over it. I have noted and told the office that when things need to be done in the apartment etc please notify me so I can be home. I have a 1/1 650sqft apartment with two dogs, I dont have room for kennels and prefer to be home because I dont trust maintenance in there without me. Ive come home recently and things dont feel right when Ive come home. Im buying cameras for inside my apartment. We have speed bumps but people still use the parking lot like theyre qualifying for Daytona 500. They allow people to park their trailers in the parking lot taking up parking spaces but are going to fine you for leaving the trash can out that they provide for valet trash. The amount that the new company is charging for these ridiculously outdated apartments is insane. This place has really gone downhill the past 18 months.

Office staff great ., maintenance amazing but the grounds need better treatment for pets and the apartments need upgrades

Have lived here for four years and have loved it...came here from NY and had a smooth transition to Florida thanks to Janet in main office...with her help had a beautiful apt waiting for me...

Have lived here just over a year. Mgmt has been responsive to any needs... thank you Janet! Maintenance is good. Grounds are kept immaculately. An actually "quiet" place to live amongst the busyness of Altamonte Springs. Easy, quick access to I4.
