If you want to truly feel at home in a community... this is the place! I love being able to retreat back to my home where, for one, my apartment is KILLER... two, management actually gets to know me and treats me with kindness (they make me laugh too which I love)... and three, where the pool and other amenities are literally paradise. My first apartment alone, and I LOVE IT!

I love this place! I have lived here for the summer and have been very impressed with the community the staff has developed. Not only is the place gorgeous, but it is well maintained. I just saw landscaping come yesterday to add more flowers and plants - they really care about keeping the place beautiful. The pool area is cleaned up first thing every work day so it looks amazing!
All of my work orders have been responded to the next day and with such friendly attitude! The staff also throws events to further foster the community feel.

I hear a lot of people in these reviews complain about noise. I personally live on the top floor so I dont experience that much at all. But, come on, isnt that a problem in every apartment complex? Theres a reason I insisted on living on the top floor. No apartment is fully sound proofed like that. Choose the top floor if its a big deal for you.

Seriously I havent found one thing I dont like about this place!

An absolutely gorgeous non-smoking apartment community! I moved here about a year ago and I just renewed my lease for another year. The office staff and maintenance crew are amazing. The resort style pool, elevators, and 24/7 fitness center are just a few of the many things that make living here so wonderful. I would highly recommend this property to any of my friends or family.

Although a very nice apartment complex, it's not without issues. Advertised as a non-smoking community it is not. Residents are constantly smoking on balconies and porches with total disregard for others. Management appears to have no authority in this matter which is frustrating. If someone lives above you, it's extremely loud. Again, management is useless in these instances. I can't sleep at all for the noise above me. Very frustrating.

Nine12 Gateway is by far the BEST community I have ever lived! The property is absolutely stunning and always kept clean by the maintenance staff. Emily and Becky from the front office are amazing and always willing to help with anything they can. I moved to this community originally with the intention of buying a home but have since changed my mind. This community has actually become a HOME for me and I decided to renew my lease for another year!
