Although living here has many perks, if you do not occupy an apartment on the last floor (even then) DO NOT BOTHER MOVING HERE! The main and constant issue we have encountered while living here has been NOISE, mostly coming from upstairs and recently next door.
We live on the third floor, and this is our second and last year living here. It all started just a few months after we moved in, the people upstairs would constantly keep dragging furniture across the floor. We complained to management about this and were ignored plenty of times.
The NOISE stopped for some time coincidentally while we were debating renewing our lease, because apparently those people moved out, so we decided to risk it by staying. Well we completely regret our decision, it has only gotten worse since the new neighbors moved upstairs. The stomping (because clearly people do not know how to walk normal, but on their heels) resonates through the floor and walls, because the vibration travels down.
We complained pretty much non-stop about this issue, until we finally received an acknowledgement about this, when all of the sudden we get a knock at the door and is the upstairs neighbor apologizing. So we stopped complaining because he was very polite about it. However, here we are at a point where not only the stomping continues, but from next door a crying baby (screaming at the top of its lungs) keeps us up at night.
The main issue here is that the buildings are constructed so cheaply, without a complete disregard for NOISE isolation; but instead to wow you on the surface, and believe me that is not worth your sleep which ultimately affects your quality of life.
All I have to say is that this issue outweighs any of the perks you could get at this community. So before you decide to move in here READ THIS REVIEW, and learn from our experience, before it becomes yours.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever been able to call home . Very clean, spacious and the staff are extremely attentive. Surrounded by beautiful restaurants and even a Publix walking distance. I have to rave about the beautiful coffee lounge provided for us thats always stocked and clean . Great place !

If you want to truly feel at home in a community... this is the place! I love being able to retreat back to my home where, for one, my apartment is KILLER... two, management actually gets to know me and treats me with kindness (they make me laugh too which I love)... and three, where the pool and other amenities are literally paradise. My first apartment alone, and I LOVE IT!
