DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They act like it's a great community, but it is NOT. The apartments are outdated and the rent is ridiculously high for what you get, unless you want to pay $1800/month for yellow, outdated, 1980s appliances, tore up carpets, multi-layer painted walls and doors... The ARIUM of Altamonte is really unprofessional. When you move out, they are looking to charge YOU for 9 year old carpet and normal wear and tear. And you pay a monthly pet fee (thats fine), but they charged me $250 for the apartment smelling like a dog (I own a potty trained dog). The carpets were never replaced after the last tenant with a dog either. They, honestly, just want to get as much money from you as possible to cover the "upgrades" they will do to the apartment after you move. They also classify as a gated community...- NOT SINCE 2017. Those gates are open 24/7. There are MULTIPLE vehicle break-ins all the time. Myself, and clearly alot of others, highly recommend looking elsewhere. **BEWARE OF THE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS!! THEY ARE NOT REAL!! THEY WOULD HAVE ONE STAR IF IT WASNT FOR THESE "LOCAL GUIDE" REVIEWS. It's literally the apartment complex posting these lying, 5 star reviews!** *The front door isn't even in the frame and has huge gaps *The sink backs up MUD in the kitchen all the time *The carpet is ripping at the seams (they said my dog chewed that up- that clearly is not by a dog) *The bathroom tub is moldings and peeling *The dishwasher isn't even secure in the counter.

Extremely high rent increases and they make you pay utilities thru simple bills which charges monthly fees and annual fees plus has a F rating on bbb, well did now changed but horrible complaints remain which is clear they paid off the bbb. The management company here also has a F rating on bbb. Anyway beware they care about money only they don't care about tenants even though they pretend to.

One of a kind place to rent a laid back after work!,staff service manners are very friendly. Cocy neighborhood,out of a movie parking lot shades! Spectacular pools! We will lease here for sure.
