You know the stereotype of the mega-corporation leasing company that puts on a faade about being about community, healthy living, and being "you" centered, however when you point out that your experience living there hasn't matched these expectations they are quick to get defensive and do as little for you as possible? At Eaves Tunlaw Gardens (by Avalon), that stereotype is a reality! If you dont have any issues, this place is a solid 3 stars. When you do though, the management will see you as a piggy bank instead of a person and will do everything in their power to gobble every cent from you. For apartments this price, theres easily better options out there.

So far, so great. I've been here a couple of weeks and I love the apartment complex and the neighborhood. As a dog-owner, I couldn't ask for a better living arrangement in the middle of a major city.

I recently moved into tunlaw gardens and have so far been impressed with the quality of my apartment and the complex itself. Walls are thick (hanging things is difficult if not impossible) so I hear little to no noise from my neighbors. Apartments are clean and a great size and the appliances are much better quality than I have grown to expect in a rental apartment. Great little courtyard with chairs. Lots of dogs and friendly people. Worth the extra money for the great community and location.

We love our 1br apartment at eaves tunlaw gardens. Moving in was a breeze; we had no issues with parking our moving truck and the staff was very accommodating. We love the neighborhood and plan to stay for years to come.
