Waterside Towers is a great place to live. I have lived in 7 communities in the DC & Arlington area and this place is my favorite. It's a good value and ideal location for my lifestyle. My unit is HUGE for the small price compared to Orange Line-Arlington. Sure, not all the bells and whistles exist in a (barely) slightly older community, but you cannot beat the excellent customer service, responsiveness of feeling taken care of at every step, and conveniences offered here. - Jamila B.

Waterside Towers feels like home-- more than any other apartment complex I've resided. The apartments are spacious, the balconies are large and private, and the views are some of the best in the city. It's located in an area that offers a residential feel, but is walking distance to the metro, Waterfront, including its grocery store and restaurants, and downtown DC.

The buildings are clean and decently maintained. I enjoy the space, and balcony as well as the underground parking. The management team could use a lot of guidance on how to handle customer service and operations.

Safe place to live and convenient location for groceries and CVS. Also walking distance to metro. Bus service is good, too. Several nice restaurants right around the the next block! Well maintained building!
