The tour was lovely and the grounds where immaculate,the studio was stunning.The neighborhood area seemed a bit safer and more peaceful than other Northwest DC neighborhoods,particularly the Large Giant Grocery store,CVS and a spacious Starbucks nearby.I really licked the residential and private feel of the property,it felt more cozy and homey then most rentals.The leasing agent was great and helpful with the tour and leasing information.

I currently live here (April 2022). I have had mold on my wall 4 separate times since moving in in 2019. Packages routinely go missing. Rats all over the place. EXTREMELY DISMISSIVE AND RUDE leasing staff. Nobody ever answers the phone. Renters proceed with caution because they are very shifty people running this "business."

This apartment unit styles itself as luxury apartment but its not. During the three years Ive lived there,, and to this day, there have been problems with noise, unprofessional nature of staff, garbage collection, and rats around the building. Recently in response to a noise complaint about maintenance work being undertaken in early morning hours on the weekend, I was told by the leasing office that they care less about comfort and happiness of existing residents and more about renting out empty unitsthat they are a business. That pretty much sums up their philosophy.

Management is horrible. We cannot get a hold of anyone to help us resolve an overpayment issue. Every time we call we are told Nichole and/or Katie are not there or on a tour. We are owed a months rent since our lease ended May 15, It is now July. Renters Beware!
