        Went there for open house an wouldnt mind raising my family there the landscape was beautiful, property management was very respectful an it looks quite nice my husband instantly went to get a money order for application fee I wasnt sure if he should since we have been denied previously an expecting a child I wasnt really trying to flush any more money down the drain but since he insisted we went ahead an did so I just dont think we will be getting the unit so Im going to just say The property is lovely an I would love to live here

        Definitely rodent and cock roach infested. They have 1maintenance man .He does not fix anything. Property manager very unprofessional. I don't know how she has been able to keep a job. I just don't know.Any we're is better then here

        Do not rent here. This place is infested with mice no matter how often you call the mice are always with you. The women in the office have a condescending and unpleasant attitude. You were hear loud gunshots every week, sometimes it happens two or three times in one week. This place overall is a dangerous and nasty place to live. Dont waste your money.

        Any positive reviews are fake reviews by Chiquita homes property manager. All the negative reviews they won't let you see.. The place is a dangerous, mice and roach infested apartments. This place is a nightmare and so is her and her staff. Don't do it . Mice will be running threw your clothing
