I'll just say it's super helpful to have all of our fees wrapped up into one bundle. It's a lot keeping up with rent, trash, electricity, water, and gas payments- so while it may seem expensive at first, it all comes out in the wash when you realize everything is included. Thanks!
Best apartment complex I've ever encountered. Extremely professional and attentive staff who have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. 10/10 would recommend!
Overall, I've enjoyed the community at The View at Waterfront. Everyone is relatively nice and resourceful, so I can not complain.
The View is a pleasant place to live....I came here because it was time for me to live in a secure building in a neighborhood that I could navigate on foot. I find the people who work here great to work with and responsive. I have not found it the least bit troublesome to be living on a construction site. Keep up the good work.
Biggest issue is handling of packages. Numerous times the concierge mid logged a package and either gave our package to someone else or someone else's package to us. Just last week I got a package for our neighbor, but I was expecting a package for myself.
