Very friendly people that work here!!
Moving from Upstate New York to DC, without even stepping foot on a single rental property South of the Mason Dixon Line, probably seem crazy to most. But the staff at the Statesman made viewing apartments, answering questions, signing a lease online, and ultimately moving in, as easy as possible. The apartment was spotless, the front desk staff has been extremely helpful, and my transition could not be any smoother. Love this place!
Just moved in and have loved everything so far. The staff have all been extremely friendly, the apartment is gorgeous and clean, and this location is unbeatable!
So far every aspect of my apartment at the Statesman has been great. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
I moved to DC from Oklahoma to attend graduate school. I wanted an apartment that was close to my school, public transportation, and had shops and entertainment attractions nearby. I found all of these in The Statesman. I was pleased to find that all utilities are included in the rent, which made my monthly hassles significantly less stressful. I love the concierge service and find the staff helpful and friendly. They are always attentive to my concerns and will work in a timely manner to fix the problem, if there is one. Overall, I think this is a great place to live, especially if you are new to the city and want a place that will provide you with an easy transition.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
