The new management is awesome. I toured here a few years ago and it has completely changed. The employees are happy and greet with enthusiasm.

Lovely place to live. Management is great, apartments are nice, located in a central area close to Metro. I could walk to Wholefoods or to the metro in 5 minutes or less. I will move back when I return to the DC area.

Terrible experience. Current resident not going to renew. They are great during the sales process them once you sign, the service is gone and you see the awful quality the buildings are. Apartments in poor shape. Maintenance doesn't respond. Errors in rent billing. Garage entrance always blocked. Onsite managers do not communicate. Do NOT rent here. You pay wayyyyy too much for a terrible experience. There are plenty of better apartments in the area.
