    This building is in a great, safe location, close to many restaurants with a grocery store right next door. Easy access to Union Station. Great community events as well and a beautiful rooftop area.

    It is a good location with concerned and helpful management staff when available (due to the number of residents). The maintenance team is responsive and friendly.

    We love the location- you have the residential district and H st. in one side and the business and professional on the other. it's a great location!

    The staff is great, and I love how dog friendly the building is. Amenities are fantastic and you cant beat the location. Whenever I see someone on a tour of the complex, I always tell them I love it. The only suggestion Id make is to clean the walls or repaint in the resident hallways. Theyre really scuffed up and it could look better.
