    Although I've only been at The Avenue for a couple of months, I've been extremely happy with my experience so far. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful, the building has a variety of well-maintained amenities and the interior of the apartment is polished and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the building to anyone - especially with the added benefit of it being situated in prime location.

    Very nice and clean. Leasing staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The apartments are pretty overpriced based on there size compared to other apartment building in the area, but the location and amenities are great.

    A wonderful experience. All of the staff know me and I know them. I feel valued and included as a resident, and the amenities go above and beyond my expectation. I have a small but lovely apartment, and am very happy living here.
