This is a review of the leasing office. I scheduled a tour for a 1 bedroom on Friday. I came in for my tour the following Monday, this morning for my tour and was told there were no 1 bedrooms available. The manager told me that the applications for their 1 bedrooms got approved over the weekend and that morning. I understood but when I asked why couldnt I get a call to let me know that before coming in, she stated they just got approved 20 minutes ago. Even if that is true, I would have still appreciated a call to let me know it wasnt necessary for me to come in. I wasted gas and 30 minutes driving over there. The manager could not even apologize and stated that she could put me on the waitlist if something came up. By the way she spoke to me, she clearly did not care what Im going through. If they could be like this to potential tenants, then that lets you know how they are to current tenants. Dont move here because they lack basic respect for people.
