    Management was very informative and answered my questions. Unfortunately, the size of the studio was tiny and was not worth the price considering that if a tenant needed parking the palisades they would have to pay additional fees to register their car and obtain a permit from the city. Even then street parking is not guaranteed which is very inconvenient especially if a tenant does not have a normal 9-5 job
