The building was well kept. Actually maintenance was cleaning the lobby and hall way when we arrived around 11am. We had to be buzzed in which was great to see there was security at the front entrance. The apartment was very nice. There was a large kitchen with lots of cabinet space, washer and dryer in unit and 2 full size bathrooms.

Very unresponsive, rude, and unprofessional management and security staff. It's disappointing because this is a great location and the apartment itself itsn't that bad. I can't say enough bad things about the management.

Terrible management service. Management is rude and unresponsive. They are difficult to deal with and never provide clear answers on anything. Theyve tried to stiff me several times on my lease. They are not trust worthy. Front desk security is rude as well. There are also too many different security guards. The mail system is inefficient. Most amenities in the unit and apartment are old. Not worth living here.

Cons: NOT a smoke-free building. Hallways routinely smell of cigarette smoke. Neighbor downstairs smokes, entering my bathroom is entering a cloud of smoke that also leaks into my bedroom. Management: "we don't have a smoke-free policy. nothing we can do". On bad days, living here is like living in an old cheap motel. I can't wait to move. Pros: Great location! The admin staff is responsive and courteous. Broken blinds replaced within 2 days. Parking in the building convenient but expensive (expected for DC). Street parking is not an issue as long as you get a parking permit. If it was a smoke-free building, this would be a terrific place to live.

I have lived here for two years and have had numerous issues. The first being the leasing/management office is pretty unresponsive and very unwilling to work with tenants. They are very difficult and lack basic communication ability.
