Glendale Plaza is an apartment community located right off the Anacostia Freeway in Washington, DC. The community is conveniently located less than a mile from the Minnesota Avenue Metro Station and less than a block from the nearest bus stop. There are several public and private schools within a few miles of the property and residents are also just a short distance from multiple local restaurants. Residents are just a few miles from exits for the Capital Beltway and Suitland Parkway while the downtown Washington DC area is just over eight miles away. One of the major perks of the location of Glendale Plaza is the massive parks that surround the property. Potential residents have the option of choosing between several different floor plan options at Glendale Plaza that range from one to three bedroom apartments. The apartments themselves are fairly small in square footage although the large closets in the bedrooms help to create additional space for residents. The kitchens within the apartments feature a gas range stove and small breakfast bar. Unfortunately there aren't many on site amenities associated with this low cost apartment community. While there is a playground area, residents looking for other recreational or entertainment options will have to travel to the different parks and schools in the immediate area.
