I fell in love with this complex the first time I walked by it going to Takoma Park Metro Station. The Landscaping and overall curb appeal really grabbed my attention. This was the only place I saw that I knew I had to live here since I first moved to the DMV area. I have and would still continue to recommend this place to any and all of my known associates. The staffs truly went above and beyond helping me with my move. They were extremely helpful with early deliveries and making sure that I was well taken care of and well-suited to move in. I tried to remember to thank them for that every time I see one of them. Truth be told I'm only into my second month but it's so comfortable here I really don't want to live anywhere else.

This is a very safe and convenient location. The inviting appearance and the building's amenities make you proud to have friends and family visit.

We've had a great experience living at Gables for nearly five years! The walkability to the uniquely awesome Takoma community has ended up making this neighborhood our forever home.
