We've only been here for a month, but we love it here! First, location, location, location! It's only a couple of blocks away from what the city has to offer: all the fun restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment options, playgrounds, parks, etc. The strip of restaurants (some of the best in the city) is only a 2-min walk. Whole Foods is only a 6-min walk. The bars and restaurants on 14th street is only a 10-min walk. Second, the apartment has excellent amenities and the decor are up to date. Our kitchen has great appliances, washer and dryer are in unit, and the layout of the apartment makes sense. (Have you lived somewhere where the kitchen or bathroom is super tiny? Or you have a dining corner tucked somewhere in a dark corner?) We live in a courtyard-facing apartment and it is so much quieter than our last apartment too. Third, the management is professional. The front desk, the property managers and the maintenance crew are very pleasant to work with and address any issues immediately. Granted, the building doesn't have a rooftop lounging area or a swimming pool, and the gym is a bit on the small side, but it's still one of the best buildings in the area.
Staff from the front desk, to maintenance, to management could not be more helpful or accommodating. Service requests are responded to quickly and professionally. Questions and concerns are addressed immediately by management. Front desk staff always goes above and beyond and could not be more friendly, always there with a hello and a smile to begin and end your day. Courtyard is a relaxing way to end a long day.

Great community. Staff is nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
Very quiet apartments; overall very nice. One issue is the smell from the garbage chute in your apartment if you live near that end of the hallway. Also, during the summer when people use the grill, sometimes the smoke can blow into your apartment.
