DO NOT MOVE HERE. These reviews and photos are lies! Yes the rent is affordable but it will go up every year and they do not use the money to accommodate the tenants request! They smoke in the hallways, kids come to smoke in the hallways. Its been at least 9 maybe more police run ins in the middle building, fights, shootings and more. I knew I was doomed when they used products in my house to fix things I requested them to fix. And even when they fix it, it will break again! And dont let you break something they will definitely try to charge you with the quickness! The laundry room is so dirty omg! Management has changed at least 5 times in the last 3+ years. I could go on and on Please please please dont let the price trap you into moving here. Its going to go up anyways. They might have this comment deleted but Im telling the 100% truth! Do not waste your hard earned money!!!!!!!!!

Location is the key for me work and social activities that DC has to offer. The square footage of the unit is prefect with the bright sunny windows for plants and working from home has a comfort, and peace of mind a good environment. I can not wait to become a part of your community
